The application of Vaastu in residential premises depends upon various factors such as the type of property (land, flat, independent house, independent floor, bungalow and villa etc.), the surroundings of the property (corridor, open area, dead-end, T-point, property facing), the number of the property (numerologically) and the shape of the property etc. When the Vaastu Shastra was written ages ago, the living style at that time was very different, and many things were able to adapt according to nature. But nowadays, in the modern era, we are going away from nature; demands and scenarios have significantly changed. Therefore, aligning all (complete) the Vaastu principles in a premise is almost impossible.
